Like I said....I had a hard time getting the girls out of bed to go....and Addison apparently was extra tired from her night with Daddy!
After soccer I took the girls to another fall festival. This one I saw in the paper in the morning and figured we'd see what it was. It was near the children's museum so not too far to drive. It was similar to the one last weekend, but this one was WAY bigger and had a lot more things for the kids to do.
They colored, made sucker bracelets, filled gloves with popcorn, made trail mix, drank fresh apple cider and got fingerprinted. If you got fingerprinted, you got a dancing Sharkie doll. We stood in line for a bit and the guy told us that we might not get a doll. I figured it was a good idea to still stay in line. Well if was finally our turn....and we got the last Sharkie doll! It happened to be good that Addison didn't want one! lol Ashleigh LOVES hers!
I kinda wish we wouldn't have gotten one at all!!! It is supposed to play music and dance...well ours plays music just fine but doesn't dance. It is sooooo annoying! lol
We didn't stay long, which cause a HUGE protest from the girls, because we went to have lunch with Daddy. After lunch we came home for a few hours and then back to the rink. It was a 7:00 start which is a little earlier than what we are used to.
Rick said his goodbyes to us and then he left to go on the plane to LA and we went home. Addison threw a huge fit that Daddy was leaving. It is only a one day trip and he will be home tonight. She is going to have a hard time with his 6 day trip coming up!
It was nice to sleep in today! It has been a busy weekend! So today I am cleaning the house. Rick might actually get his first off day of the season so I don't want to have to clean. I am not holding my breath because there is always work that needs to be done....but I can hope right?!
Oh and by the way, the Sharks won again....so 2 down...MANY to go!

Wow, you guys have something to do every weekend around there. I thought a big weekend was Wal-mart and Target :)
How long does your soccer season go? Today was Aurrora's last game, and they will have a parent/kid game on Wednesday and then we are done, which is good, as its getting cold.
