A Great Day!
Today was a GREAT day!! We didn't do anything exciting....BUT it was homecoming in Missoula and because the Griz played UC Davis and that is only an hour or so away from us.....WE GOT THE GAME ON TV!!! I am so pumped because I NEVER see Griz games! If you don't know about Missoula and the Griz...well....it's crazy on game days. The Montana Grizzlies is the college football team that is in my home town. It is a wild party every Saturday...and especially crazy today because it was homecoming. It is the only sport that draws this many people in the city. I think the announcer said today there were 25,000 people there...and my town only is about 70.000! That tells you how big college football is. Well they won so it was a great game to watch...a little close at times....but the out come was for us. I just had to post because I am so excited! The girls loved seeing Monte the mascot! I miss Missoula!

Hi Gal, I love your blog spot. Yes the Griz had a great day. And the weather even cooperated. It's been overcast and kind of sultry feeling all day, and the rain didn't move in until around 6:00, well after the game. Yes, I'm sure the stands were packed. They've just completed an expansion on the stadium, as well. This was the big debut. Let's hope they have a great season.
Meanwhile, hope all is well in your neck of the woods. I'm sure you're enjoying nicer weather...say hi to the bay area for me!!
