I finally got in gear and put the pictures and video I took at the park on here so I could write about it. I called I Rolling Down The Sand Hills because there is this Wiggles song where they sing "Rolling Down The Sand Hills" and they really do roll down these sand dunes. Anyway the girls love to sing this song every time they roll down something..but of course quit singing when I video taped.
Ashleigh, as usual was in total diva mode...with her lip gloss, funky hair (requested by her) and clothes that she picked out herself..oh and I must not forget her cell phone...which is an old one of ours but she likes to bring it to talk to everyone!
The park we went to this time has a Koi pond in it. It actually is a Japanese Friendship Garden. There are a lot of Asian people that live in this area so things like this are common.
The girls love to feed the Koi and try to avoid feeding the savage ducks that try and steal the fish food. It really is a beautiful, peaceful place with great places to get a great picture.
We had lunch in the park, went to the Koi pond, and then walked around a bit looking for a play area...which we didn't find until we were getting ready to leave and we saw a map and we TOTALLY missed it! Or course now we have an excuse to go back! lol
